live your life full

Looking back

They say men get better with age
I say bananas do

They say you can make yourself age with stress,
So make sure that your getting plenty of rest,

They say we age, by obsessing with days,
So relax, as it pays

Age is a word, Accomplishing Greatness within Everyday,
Lifes getting better i hear everyone say,

I embrace coming years, its going so fast theres no time for fears,
Im gonna create a most amazing life, maybe have kids or be somebodys wife,
Maybe climb mountains, or jump out the skies, whatever your dream is,
Live it with pride.

Eperience all of the things that i promised,
back in the days when i was being honest,
do lots of things that bring me pleasure,
that leave behind lots of memories to treasure.

I dont want to get old and have to say
I did or I didnt back in the day,

I want to look back, as i couldnt believe,
how i did all those things i set out to achieve.

I want wonderful memories lots of laughter and cheers,
with plenty of smiles, after all of the years,
Think, gosh it has been a while, as my eyes fill with tears.

I sit at the window of my residential, how did i get old,
Where is all that potential? Suddenly im aware of bright light,
I know thats my cue, namaste and good night.

I sit here in heaven, looking down through the trees,
a serene peace upon me, as i play with the leaves,
I smile as i sit here cradled in this lull, I lived my life well and i lived my Life FULL!

What ever the weather may be -says he,

Its the songs ye sings, and the smiles ye wear,
thats making sunshine everywhere

THE TOWN OF DONT YOU WORRY

Town of Don't-You-Worry

There's a town called Don't-You-Worry,
On the banks of River Smile;
Where the Cheer-Up and Be-Happy
Blossom sweetly all the while.
Where the Never-Grumble flower
Blooms beside the fragrant Try,
And the Ne'er-Give-Up and Patience
Point their faces to the sky.

In the valley of Contentment,
In the province of I-Will,
You will find this lovely city,
At the foot of No-Fret Hill.
There are thoroughfares delightful
In this very charming town,
And on every hand are shade trees
Named the Very-Seldom-Frown.

Rustic benches quite enticing
You'll find scattered here and there,
And to each a vine is clinging
Called the Frequent-Earnest-Prayer.
Everybody there is happy
And is singing all the while,
In the town of Don't-You-Worry,
On the banks of River Smile.
