being true to you

ever wondered why your outside world seems like everythings going wrong, and nothing is going your way.
chances are you have not been true to yourself, from the inside.

when we preform actions that are not fully aligned with our beliefs or our values then we not only feel it inside but it is reflected back to us from the outside world.

by doing things that we dont really want to do, or going through with something that we know we shouldnt or we have second thoughts about, by continuing anyway regardless of what our inner gudiance tells us, thats a sure fire way to ensure that things will go pear shaped.

so how do we know if we are doing something that is not what we should be doing?

basicaly if it feels good and it feels right then do it, if you have any doubts, concerns, or conisderations that make you feel anything less than great, then just take your time to make sure its something you really want to do.

take getting married for example, ever since i postponed my wedding i have heard of numerous cases where people brides and grooms or friends of couples who know someone who shouldnt have gotten married and knew on the day and even before that it was not the right thing to do.

but went ahead anyway, because they took into consideration other peoples commitments to the date they had set, you know things like, the venue was booked, the guests had bought outfits, the caterers etc ect ect ctc, at the end of the day they are not all getting married, and it isnt the most important day of their lives.

bottom line we have to be true to ourselves, to take notice of the little voice, or acknowledge the gut feeling.

our own inner GPS system that is always pointing us in the right direction.
